RoundCube Webmail is a browser-based multilingual IMAP client with an application-like user interface. It provides full functionality you expect from an e-mail client, including MIME support, address book, folder manipulation, message searching and spell checking. RoundCube Webmail is written in PHP and requires a MySQL or Postgres database. The user interface is fully skinnable using XHTML and CSS 2.In the Integration of the roundcube with the phpfox , the following features are provided.

• The mail ID for the user will be created with the domain name while sign up.Eg: If your domain name is “example.com”, and the user signs up with the username “username1” and password “password1”. Then during the sign up the mail Id will be created with the following details with the predefined memory. Mail : username1@example.com Password: password1
• The E-mail tab will be provided to the member apart from the Message tab.
• Clicking on the email tab automatically logs into the roundcube webmail and provides the inbox.
• In the header, the info about the new mail to his ID will be displayed.
• With the message function of the phpfox, the messages can be send only to the group members, but here the member can have the mail Id with your domain name and he can sent and receive the mail through your roundcube.
• The Email functionality will attract the members and it can be used as the personal mail Id by the users.
